Our first step is to acknowledge and understand the challenges teens face, from mental health struggles to navigating relationships and academics. By addressing these issues, we create a space where teens feel heard, validated, and supported. Expanding to over 10 chapters and counting globally, we are driven by our commitment to addressing the stigma surrounding mental health. 

02. Elevate

​Once challenges are addressed, the next step is to equip teens with tools and strategies to build resilience and grow through life’s ups and downs.

 

From our conferences featuring mental health professionals as guest speakers, to our "Talk It Out Workshops" and peer support circles, to our interviews and podcast episodes, we are committed to providing you with the resources to elevate your strengths, build confidence, and navigate challenges with clarity and courage.

03. Empower

The final step is all about encouraging YOU to take action—for yourself and your community. When you feel empowered, you become a leader, advocate, and changemaker, shaping a brighter future for everyone. Our programs are here to give you the confidence and purpose to make that difference.

ATS L.E.A.D.S:

Learn to lead ATS chapters and organize community initiatives, from donation drives to volunteering, while building collaboration and leadership skills.

ATS VOICE:

Lead campaigns focused on mental health awareness, working with local policymakers to promote resources and break stigma in schools and communities.
